Rebecca Kraus is founder and President of Rebecca Kraus & Associates LLC, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The organization, founded in 2006, is nationally recognized as experts in the merging of people, planning and process for maximum strategic impact. Areas of focus are strategic planning, change management consulting, leadership development, executive and physician coaching. Industries of particular expertise include the non-profit, manufacturing, education and healthcare sectors. Rebecca leads the group with over 25 years experience working with over 300 organizations, ranging from Fortune 100 to small business as a consultant and coach.
Rebecca was formerly the Executive Director of the Ameritech Business Solutions Center, Walsh College, Troy, MI and President, Transitions Consulting Group, a division of Gordon Advisors P.C., Troy, Michigan before founding her own firm in 2006. Along with her own company, she also served as the Executive Director of Cambridge Strategic Services, a division of the SHW Group, Berkley, MI.
Rebecca attended Michigan State University and is a graduate of Wayne State University, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach U and the Planned Change Internship Program under the guidance of Dr. Sylvia and Dr. Larry Lippett, University of Michigan. To date she has coached nearly 300 mid-level management and senior level clinical and administrative executives as an Executive Coach. She is certified by the Physician Coaching Institute as a Certified Physician Development Coach and credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a professional coach (PCC) and Mentor Coach. She is certified through Target Training International as a Behavioral Analyst in TriMetrix HD (Hartmann DNA), PIAV (Personal Interests, Attitude and Values) and PTSI (Personal Traits & Skills Inventory). She is certified by the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence as an SEI Coach. Rebecca is also certified in the Hogan Leadership and Personality Inventory.
She has designed and delivered leadership institutes and workshops for thousands across multiple industries, from health care (administrative, clinical/physician) to higher education. She has written and published many articles on leadership and behavior and is a popular organizational and leadership speaker for many organizations.
As a strategic planner, Rebecca has designed and facilitated strategic planning projects for hundreds of organizations, facilitating and guiding executives and their teams through the planning process. Her multi-industry clients have ranged from small companies to state universities, government and Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She received the National Association of Counties award for a large scale strategic planning with a large Detroit area non-profit agency. As an executive coach, she was awarded the 2014 Midwest Regional Innovation Award for her work with the International Coach Federation Michigan by the Midwest Regional Council. Rebecca was the 2015 State President of the Michigan Chapter of the International Coach Federation. She is a past Board member of the Small Business Association of Michigan, past member, Board of Directors, Small Business Resource Center. Rebecca currently is a member of the National Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, a Supporting Member of the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Association of Michigan and Inforum.
